Role: Work with Master Developer and design team to determine size and structure of each multi-family phase, assist with creation of Redevelopment Plan, Enterprise Zone and Planned Unit Development zoning, prepare all financing applications, coordinate all design development and third party consultants, manage the closing process for each phase, act as owner’s representative and construction manager throughout the construction process, coordinate project closeout through conversion to permanent financing.
