RLH Development provides development and project management services with a specialty in affordable and workforce housing.  Drawing from extensive experience with a variety of projects including adaptive reuse, substantial rehabilitation, historic preservation, and new construction, the firm understands the development process from inception to stabilization.  This allows us to add capacity at whatever stage the client needs.

RLH Development provides project management services focused on streamlining the development and construction phases to ensure projects are finished on time and within budget.   RLH Development offers an array of services from coordinating due diligence and closing requirements to managing the project budget, preparing draw packages and meeting lender and investor requirements through close out and conversion.  RLH Development also provides Owner’s Representation services during construction, overseeing the coordination of the design team, general contractor and third-party consultants, as well as reviewing construction draws and change orders, and assisting with Owner decisions and approvals in order to ensure efficient communication and timely completion.

RLH Development draws on nearly 25 years of experience closing and executing complex real estate transactions, allowing our clients to provide much needed housing for critical members of the workforce, senior citizens and vulnerable populations.
